Howdy! I'm Flint!

I’m a mostly self-taught artist who uses different mediums depending on the feeling I’m trying to convey with a piece, but my main material of choice is acrylic paint. I love using bright pigments with earth tones to show unnatural contrasts and make parts of it jump out at the viewer.It’s probably seen as cliché at this point for a queer artist to say the theme of their art is “love,” but that’s the word I would use to describe it. It’s the only way to bridge the gap between paintings of pets beloved by their owners and sketches of collapsed buildings that are haunted by the remnants of the people who frequented it. Some would say I took the quote “Without love there is no meaning,” from The Transformers: Lost Light #25 to heart and made it my whole artistic personality.I always carry my sketchbook and a bag of art supplies with me to capture the wonderful world around me as it appears in my thoughts.

Terms of Service

By purchasing any artwork from me, you are stating that you have read and agree to the following conditions. I will be working under the assumption that you have read my terms.

GENERAL

  • I reserve the right to decline any project or client for any reason.

  • Listed prices are the base price. Please understand that the price may increase depending on additional details and the complexity of the commission.

  • Please provide visual references. Non-visual references may result in additional fees or be declined.

WORK SPEED / DEADLINES

  • Depending on my workload, the turnaround time should take no longer than 2 weeks.

  • I will message you if the commission will not be finished within the 2 weeks.

  • You may ask for an update at any time, but I will not tolerate being rushed unless a deadline was set beforehand.

REFUNDS

  • You may request a full refund only if I have not started your commission. No refunds will be issued once artwork has been completed.

  • You are NOT authorized to issue a chargeback for any reason.

  • You are required to contact me when you need to cancel a commission request.

  • Purposefully issuing a chargeback without contacting me to cancel/refund a project will result in immediate blacklisting for you as well as your email address, and anyone sharing your PayPal account, including side accounts.

  • I reserve the right to refund you the full amount paid if I no longer wish to work on your project for any reason.

  • I reserve the right to cancel a commission and not refund any payment made in the event of a violation to my terms of service.

COPYRIGHT/USAGE POLICY

  • I reserve the right to post your finished artwork in my gallery for any reason unless discussed and agreed otherwise beforehand.

  • You may use your commissioned artwork for personal use, such as icons and banners, but cannot claim that you are the one who made it. Artworks may not be used for profit unless purchased as a commercial commission.

  • I reserve the right to sign and/or watermark my own work. Removing my watermark is prohibited.

  • Putting my work into any A/I engine is prohibited. Any aspect of my work may not be used to train, validate, or test any neural network or artificial intelligence.

  • You may not use my work in any block-chain related technology including non fungible tokens (NFT), cryptocurrency, or future inventions in the space. Using any commissioned work is also strictly prohibited from use in any advertising or profits associated with block-chain related technology including non fungible tokens (NFT), cryptocurrency, or future inventions in the space.
